The ladies and gents at Pink Saucer VA received super news shortly before Christmas; our hard-earned efforts in the virtual business world had been recognised by no less than the highly successful People-Per-Hour. Both the Reading Evening Post and the Henley Standard were pleased to feature us and we headlined the business pages.

"The aim of the awards was to reward young and innovative companies who make exemplary use of technology in the way they work and collaborate. Its been an honour to be part of this journey and learn so much about these exciting and how they are – day in day out – embracing progress and change.

Selecting the winners was by no means an easy feat. We’ve received hundreds of applicants which we shortlisted down to 60 and put it to the crowd to voice their opinion. In making our final decision however, we weighed up those votes with the opinions of our panel of judges which was based on how well the applicants measured against the entry criteria and the aims of the Virtual Business Awards." Pink Saucer is very excited to announce that we will be sponsoring the Henley Literary Festival for the second year running, it takes place in Henley-on-Thames from 29th September to 3rd October. We will also be personally sponsoring one of Britain's best known broadcasters Peter Snow.

Peter will be discussing the Duke of Wellington's seven year drive to defeat Napoleon with enthusiasm and verve. He tracks the development of Wellington's leadership, and his relationship with the men he led from Portugal in 1808, to their final destruction of Napoleon at the battle of Waterloo. We are sure this is going to be a wonderfully interesting event.
Peter will be showcasing 'The Iron Duke' at the Kenton theatre at 15.00 on Saturday 2nd October. Tickets are £7 and can be purchased through the following link:
